How to Make Your Reservation
The following few sections explain the procedure followed when
you make a reservation enquiry.
You can make a reservation enquiry in one of three
ways:
- Use the Reservation
Form
- Phone us
- Fax us
Use the Reservation Form...
Take two minutes to submit your reservation details and contact
information using the simple-to-use Reservation
form. This is the preferred method to ensure that you
receive a reply in the shortest possible time.
At this point we only need to know a few details about you and
your reservation. We don't need to know your full
address, Telephone and FAX number, nor any other details
— so filling out the form will only take you a few moments!
Our Privacy Policy ensures
that your contact details are safe with us.
Form Submission Confirmation
After you have submitted a reservation enquiry then you will
automatically receive an email telling you that your enquiry was
successfully submitted.
If you do not receive this automatic confirmation then
this means that either:
- Your email address was mis-typed! Or...
- The Internet or Email system may have a connection problem!
Therefore, please double-check that you entered your email address
correctly, in the Reservation form.
If you are sure that you entered your email address correctly
then consider contacting us directly using email, telephone, or
FAX.
Response Times
We aim to answer all reservation enquiries personally within
one hour during office hours.
Therefore -depending on the information displayed on the Reservation
page - check your mail within one hour for our response.
Your email reply from us will contain instructions on how to
confirm your reservation.

Please first check our Reservation
page before you phone us, to ensure that you are phoning us
during office hours.
You'll find that the page displays the current time in Thailand,
and our On-line Reservation Desk office hours.
By checking the local time in Thailand you can also find out
exactly when to expect an email reply from us to confirm availability.

Fax Us...
Feel free to FAX us with your reservation enquiry details.
Be sure to include all details such as your:
- Name
- Fax Number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Number of rooms
- Number of people
Please use our confirmation
form. (click on it, print the form, close the page then fill
it out and fax it to us).

How to Confirm Your Reservation
When you receive an email reply to your reservation enquiry,
we will confirm the availability of your room, and include instructions
on how you can confirm your reservation using your credit card,
or use our confirmation
form. (click on it, print the form, close the page then fill
it out and fax it to us).
- A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation.
On confirmation, a refundable deposit will be charged to the card.
The balance due will be payable direct to the hotel on departure
Peak season : 20 Dec - 07 Jan
A 30% refundable deposit is required. There is a minimum stay
of 3 days during this period.
All other times
A 20% refundable deposit is required.
We can only hold room reservations for 24 hours if we do not receive
a reservation confirmation from you! Therefore, please confirm
your reservation promptly to prevent disapointment.
Our Privacy Poli cy
We respect your privacy. Your contact information will
remain private.
The Krabi Sands Resort Hotel will never sell, rent, loan, barter
or otherwise share any of your personal details with anyone, for
any reason, ever!
Neither will we harass you with email "Offers".
Your contact details are safe with us.
Krabi Sands Cancellation Policy
How do I cancel?
Please make your cancelation at least 14 days before check in,
to avoid a charge!
Please make your cancellation in writing, by ONE of:
- E-mail: info@krabisands.com
- Booking / inquiries form - make sure that you enter all details
about your booking and put 'CANCELLATION' in the comment field
- FAX at +66 75 600 027 or 28
Your cancellation is then accepted only after you receive
a cancellation confirmation back from us - this is required
to ensure that we do indeed receive your cancellation and can
identify your reservation.
If you prefer to receive your cancellation confirmation by FAX
then please email us with your FAX number.
What cancellation charges apply?
Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5%
of the amount of the deposit or Bht 500 (whichever is greater)
- For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be non-refundable
- No show; the deposit will be non-refundable
- Early check out; 1 additional night room rate will be charged,
payable direct to the hotel on departure
Occupancy and extras
- Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per room.
Over 16 counted as adult
- One child under 12 sharing parents bed free plus 80 Bht breakfast
if required. Extra Mattress 500 Bht plus breakfast 150 Bht if
required (Breakfast for child under 12 at 70 Bht)
- Extra baby cot 500 Bht
- Extra child 300 Bht
- Third adult without extra bed 500 Bht plus breakfast 150 Bht
if required
- Extra mattress 500 Bht
